- Remaining payment is due upon project completion or as per the payment milestones.
- Late payments may attract penalties or project delays.
4. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of content and media provided by you.
- Webengo retains rights to its code frameworks, unless full ownership is transferred in writing.
5. Revisions and Changes
Our proposals include a set number of revisions. Any changes beyond that will be charged additionally, based on time and effort.
6. Project Timelines
Project timelines are estimates and depend on the timely delivery of materials and approvals by the client. Delays on the client’s side can result in timeline extensions.
7. Third-Party Services
If your website uses third-party tools (like hosting, plugins, APIs), you agree to their separate terms. Webengo is not responsible for their availability or changes.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Upon termination:
- All work completed will be billed.
- Any deposit made is non-refundable if work has already started.

Webengo is not liable for:
- Losses due to delays beyond our control (e.g., hosting downtime).
- Data loss caused by third-party software or misuse.
- Any indirect or consequential damages.
